About Us
Simply put, we are a bunch of Country Monks who follow the ancient Benedictine way of life; which includes brewing beer! We make our beer available to the public only once a week in our TAP room located on the grounds of our Abbey. It is a ministry for us, because it allows us to welcome guests to our monastery as Christ Himself would be welcomed (part of our Rule of St. Benedict, chapter 53). Likewise, the profits generated go to the continuous care of our elder monastic brothers in our Health Center.
