LoCo Fitness & Nutrition located in Paris, AR is a 6,000 square foot, 24/7, and group fitness facility. We offer 55+, womens’s, and high intensity classes. We also provide in house nutrition guidance by a Registered Dietitian accepting select insurances.

At LoCo Fitness, we believe in providing a judgment-free environment where all people can come together to improve their fitness and nutrition. With our 24/7 gym access starting at just $50 per month, you can work out on your own schedule and at your own pace. Our experienced trainers and nutritionists are here to support you and will help you create nutrition plans that you'll actually want to follow!
