Cody Nehus and Matthew Ball have been lifelong friends. Matthew grew up in Branch, and Cody grew up around Ratcliff and the Paris area. Many of you probably remember Cody’s Uncle Tom — “the drain and septic guy” — the man who always had a plan. Cody always felt it was his calling to carry on the legacy he left behind right here in Paris and the surrounding communities.
