Location: Big River Plant
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machinist/Welder II to join our team at
the Big River Plant. This role is vital to ensure high-quality production and
maintenance of parts through manual machining and welding. The ideal candidate
will have strong troubleshooting skills, a hands-on approach, and a commitment to
excellence.
Key Responsibilities
 Perform machine setups and manual machining operations to meet
production specifications.
 Utilize tools such as manual lathes, micrometers, gauges, and other
precision measurement equipment.
 Perform MIG welding tasks as required to fabricate or repair components.
 Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions to minimize
downtime.
 Maintain safety and quality standards while working on production tasks.
 Stand for extended periods and handle physically demanding tasks as
needed.
Qualifications
 High proficiency in manual machining and troubleshooting machinery.
 Experience with tools such as manual lathes, MIG welding equipment,
micrometers, and gauges.
 Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications.

 Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physically intensive
work.
